What's New
File your income tax return
For taxpayers who requested an automatic six month extension to file, you must file on or before the filing deadline of your return.
See extended due date:
If, for tax year 2023, you received at least $100 for the Empire State child credit and filed your New York State income tax return (Form IT-201) on time, you may be eligible for a check.
